Beginners Yoga:

Are you new to yoga? Then this is the perfect class for you. Designed for those new to yoga and looking for an easy way to learn traditional yoga poses & and breathing techniques to strengthen, stretch, and relax your body and mind.

Candlelight Yoga:

Allow yourself time to focus on relaxing and restoring your mind & body with gentle yoga, music, aromatherapy, and candlelight.

Tai Chi:

Tai Chi has proven to be an excellent form of exercise, providing multiple health benefits, including reducing stress levels and energy renewal, while treating conditions like arthritis, back pain, diabetes, osteoporosis, and rehabilitation.

Chair Yoga:
